DE LA ROSÉE is a creative studio founded by Anna Huchet and Benjamin Beaussant. With backgrounds in design and graphic arts, these self-taught food designers have built a unique and poetic universe, viewing cuisine as a language in its own right.
Working together, they imagine culinary creations conceived as true forms: a Mount Fuji made with black sesame, a loaf of bread seemingly tinted with indigo, drinks inspired by clouds…
Their work is a sensitive exploration of materials, colors, and flavors. In addition to culinary creation, they also provide art direction and visual production, where the image extends the concept.
